What we do at the Influencing From The Front for Chiros is to help DCs to achieve 7 main outcomes:

  1. Overcome the fear and anxiety of speaking and transform them into confident presenters, regardless the size of the audience
  2. Teach them HOW to develop persuasive talks regardless of the time limit or content. For example, if you want to speak for 5 minutes, 50 minutes, 5 hours or 5 days, you will learn HOW to create persuasive content that sells (any content).
  3. You will walk away with ONE chiro talk (structure) that our current DCs are using to close 90 - 120% of the room during lunch and learns, dinner with the doctor, etc
  4. Remove any subluxation from your delivery (bad eye contact, bad speaking behavior, etc)
  5. Advance influence Strategies that will help you increase conversion.
  6. Help you get speaking gigs (how we do it)
  7. Get live coaching. Everybody who participates in our class, does a 15-minute talk at the end of our class. So you will leave with an InfluenceOlogy based talk ready to go plus you see other DCs speaking too, you get a TON of ideas (this process is awesome).

THE PSYCHOLOGY OF AN INFLUENCER

My goal for Influenceology was to become a better, more effective communicator of any message that I was giving. Since Influenceology, and I think due to it, I have been hired by a Chiropractic consulting group to give talks and lead Chiropractors.

I look at talks before Influenceology (BI) and after Influenceology (AI) and see a drastic change in time useage, the ability to better communicate, better ways to lead, and the ability to easily take the listener from point A to point B.

I review my notes regularly and use the points for my talks. So, looking back, I have made a substantial improvement in my talks, but I am not where I want to be, yet. My ultimate goal is to be a leader nationally in health care, speak 2x per month and be paid $10,000 per talk.

He worked for the Anthony Robbins Companies for 6 years and in 2004, 2005, 2006 and in 2007 he was the top producer and revenue generator in the country. In 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 Roberto also coached and trained all the other Peak Performance Strategists at The Anthony Robbins Companies.
He has advised and consulted with Fortune 500 companies, executives, managers and sales professionals in the areas of peak performance, leadership, psychology of achievement, presentation skills and sales.
He has served chiropractors for the last four years, showing them how to convert more patient's at Dr Report’s, ROF, “dinner with doc” talks and health lectures. He has quickly become the “go-to” speaking coach for the top Chiropractic Advocates in the industry. He is the founder of The Chiro Speaking Club, an online community to teach Dr's to attract and retain new patients through public speaking and group communication. He has also developed the premiere Public Speaking Seminar for Chiropractors called Influencing From the Front for Chiro's.

Jeff Paro is the Co-founder of Influenceology.

Day to day Jeff's job is to create and implement marketing and business systems.

Jeff has a very diverse business background, one that encompasses all areas needed for strategic growth: Strategic Planning, Marketing, Sales, Management and Influence.  Very few people have be taught how to grow a business from an hands-on and academic view—most schooling in the traditional sense is just theory.

The program that Jeff received his degree from was ranked #3 in the country and was based on growing and launching a real business.  (His business plan won) He has a vast amount of experience in strategic planning (methodology) and looking at a business both from an academic view and from a 'real world' view. Jeff really understands the challenges that you face as a small business owner. As a current SMB owner Jeff is compassionate about your needs when it comes marketing.

Small Business owner's usually only view marketing two ways: as an expense or an investment, typically depending on how successful you have been in the past. Jeff can help you enjoy the process of growing your marketing dollars and at the same time having fun knowing you are investing in your business' future.
